Items with original tags still attached and in unworn condition can be returned within **15 days** of purchase for in-store items or within **15 days** of delivery for shipped items. A credit will be applied back to the original form of payment for online orders only. In store purchases will be issued a gift card or exchange at time of return.

Gift Cards are non-returnable.

All Markdown Merchandise is final sale.

For online orders, please include the return form that was provided with your order. If you wish to change or adjust sizing, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible. Due to high sell-through rates, we may not be able to fulfill your request. We are not liable for lost shipments.

Footwear returns must be in original box and packaged within another box or poly mailer. We will not accept footwear returns in original box if used as the shipping box.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs. If you receive a defective item, please notify us within **7 days** of receipt.

These shippers may provide up to $100 insurance.  Please note that this insurance only covers against loss, missing contents, or damage by the carrier.  Unfortunately it does not cover theft, once a confirmed delivery is made.  You as the consumer can file a claim through the carrier.  If you need delivery/tracking information, reach out to us.
