The 12" Rancher is designed to be your boot of choice. It boasts a leather vamp and lining, with taped seams for durability and comfort. The CellSole® footbed and ecoTWEED™ lining are made with comfortable and eco-conscious materials to put your feet and mind at ease. A double-stitched welt and composite insole offer enhanced stability, while the leather outsole with 1.5" heel and rubber heel cap add functional style. This classic boot is an all-around winner.

Items with original tags still attached and in unworn condition can be returned within **15 days** of purchase for in-store items or within **15 days** of delivery for shipped items. A credit will be applied back to the original form of payment for online orders only. In store purchases will be issued a gift card or exchange at time of return.

For online orders, please include the return form that was provided with your order. If you wish to change or adjust sizing, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible. Due to high sell-through rates, we may not be able to fulfill your request. We are not liable for lost shipments.
Footwear returns must be in original box and packaged within another box or poly mailer. We will not accept footwear returns in original box if used as the shipping box.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs. If you receive a defective item, please notify us within **7 days** of receipt.
